Recipe: Sesame Dates- Dry Fruit Laddu

Ingredients

- 1 cup roasted black sesame seeds

- 1/4 cup fried and crushed gond

- 1/4 cup roasted almonds (pieces)

- 1/4 cup roasted cashew nuts

- 1/4 cup roasted coconut flakes or powder

- 2 tbsp roasted poppy seeds

- 3 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts

- 1/4 cup raisins

- 6-7 seedless dates

- 3/4 cup Jaggery powder

- 2 tbsp ghee

- 1/2 tsp saunth powder

- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder


Method of Preparation

1. Grind 1/2 cup black sesame seeds to make crushed powder.

2. ⁠Grind raisins and dates

3. ⁠Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery, mix well until it melts.When it melts, switch off the flame and add all the ingredients into it and mix well

4. ⁠Make laddos from the prepared mixture. Store in airtight container.
