Recipe: Sesame Dates- Dry Fruit Laddu

Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted black sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup fried and crushed gond
- 1/4 cup roasted almonds (pieces)
- 1/4 cup roasted cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup roasted coconut flakes or powder
- 2 tbsp roasted poppy seeds
- 3 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 6-7 seedless dates
- 3/4 cup Jaggery powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp saunth powder
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
Method of Preparation
1. Grind 1/2 cup black sesame seeds to make crushed powder.
2. Grind raisins and dates
3. Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery, mix well until it melts.When it melts, switch off the flame and add all the ingredients into it and mix well
4. Make laddos from the prepared mixture. Store in airtight container.
